Our Bar Besties Simple Service provides everything you need for smooth, reliable bar service with zero stress. What’s Included Professional Staffing • One bartender to mix and serve drinks • One barback to manage ice, restock supplies, and keep the bar running efficiently Service Duration • Four (4) hours of active bar service • Plus 30 minutes of setup and 30 minutes of breakdown, included in the starting price Signature Cocktails • Choose up to 2 signature drinks tailored to your event • Want more than 2? Just add another bartender to expand your menu Bar Tools Provided • Our team brings all essential bar tools (shakers, strainers, pour spouts, bar mats, etc.) • You provide the consumables Pricing • Starting at $500 for 4 hours of service • Additional hours: $100/hr (includes bartender + barback) • Additional bartender: $45/hr (required for 75+ guests or more than 2 signature cocktails) Electronic payments processed through Square will include standard Square service fees. What You Provide You purchase and supply: • Alcohol • Mixers, juices, soda, tonic, energy drinks • Ice • Cups, napkins, straws • Garnishes • Bar table or bar setup Not sure how much to buy? We will guide you based on guest count and menu. Guest Count Guidelines • Ideal for events up to 75 guests • Events over 75 guests require an extra bartender to keep service fast and lines short How It Works Select Your Signature Drinks We’ll help you choose two delicious cocktails guests will love. We Arrive and Set Up Our team shows up 30 minutes before service to organize the bar and prepare for the night.
