Coordination + Full Setup/Strike Package (DIY Support) This package is for DIY couples who have planned and designed their wedding and simply need a professional team to execute the setup and breakdown of all personal decor and client-provided decor, while managing vendors and keeping the timeline on track. We handle the execution so you can enjoy your day without doing any of the work. What This Package Includes: • Initial consultation to review your vision and decor plan • Vendor confirmations and day-of communication • Customized timeline creation • Venue walkthrough • Primary day-of point of contact • Rehearsal direction • Full day-of timeline management • Setup of all personal decor and all other client-provided decor (welcome table, memory table, dessert table, guestbook, signage, table numbers, favors, small centerpiece items, etc.) • Strike/pack-up of all personal decor and client-provided decor at the end of the event • Organized return of decor to your bins/boxes for easy transport DIY Setup Preparation Requirements: To ensure efficient setup and execution of your design vision, decor must be prepped, packed, and labeled before arrival: 1. Label by Area or Table Examples: “Welcome Table,” “Memory Table,” “Bar Signage,” “Table 1–4 Decor,” “Dessert Table,” etc. 2. Include Instruction Photos Add printed inspiration photos or a simple layout guide in each box so our team can place items exactly how you envisioned. 3. Ready-to-Place Decor • Items fully unwrapped • Candles free of plastic and stickers • Frames filled with photos • No Amazon packaging, bubble wrap, or cardboard left to remove during setup 4. Strike Materials Provide a clearly marked bin for bubble wrap, protective wrapping, and packing materials for end-of-night pack-up. 5. Items Requiring Tools If anything requires assembly using ladders, hardware, or power tools, this must be communicated in advance for approval and staffing. What’s Not Included: • Design selection or decor style planning • Sourcing materials or decor inventory • Heavy furniture movement unless previously agreed • Hanging installations requiring ladders/power tools unless arranged prior • Bussing, cleaning, or catering duties (available as add-on services) Best For: Couples who: • Have purchased and planned all their wedding decor • Want professionals to physically set it up and pack it away • Want a smooth, coordinated wedding day without relying on friends or family for labor
