What This Package Covers Planning & Preparation Initial consultation to review your décor plan and event flow Vendor confirmations and day-of communication Customized wedding day timeline creation Venue walkthrough to confirm logistics and layout Coordination & Execution Primary point of contact on the wedding day Rehearsal direction to ensure a smooth ceremony flow Full day-of timeline management Vendor coordination and oversight throughout the event DIY Setup & Strike Setup of all personal and client-provided décor, including welcome table, memory table, dessert table, guestbook, signage, table numbers, favors, and small centerpiece items End-of-night strike and pack-up of all personal and client-provided décor Organized return of décor into labeled bins and boxes for easy transport DIY Setup Preparation Guidelines To ensure an efficient setup and accurate execution of your vision, all décor must be prepared prior to our arrival: Clearly Labeled Boxes Label by area or table (example: Welcome Table, Memory Table, Table 1–4 Décor, Dessert Table, Bar Signage) Instruction or Inspiration Photos Include printed reference photos or a simple layout guide in each box Ready-to-Place Décor All items must be unwrapped, frames filled, candles cleaned, and free of packaging Strike Materials Provided Supply a clearly marked bin for bubble wrap or protective materials for end-of-night packing Advance Disclosure of Special Needs Any items requiring tools, ladders, hardware, or special assembly must be disclosed and approved in advance for proper staffing What This Package Does Not Include Décor design or style selection Sourcing or purchasing décor Heavy furniture movement unless arranged in advance Hanging installations requiring ladders or power tools unless pre-approved Bussing, cleaning, or catering services (available as add-ons) Best For This package is ideal for couples who: Have already purchased and planned their wedding décor Want professionals to handle setup and breakdown Want a smooth, coordinated wedding day without asking friends or family to work
