Day-of Coordination Package (10–12 Hours) This package focuses on managing your wedding day timeline and vendors so you can enjoy a stress-free celebration. Setup and strike are not included in this package; our next package level includes those services. Ongoing Support We include guidance and communication leading up to your wedding. At Your Party Besties™, we are here to answer questions, provide direction, and support you along the way. What’s Included: • Initial consultation to review your vision and vendor contracts • Vendor confirmations and day-of communication • Customized timeline creation • Venue walk-through / site visit • Primary point of contact for vendors and wedding party • Rehearsal direction • Day-of oversight to keep the timeline on track • Guest flow guidance • Coordinator wrap-up with vendors at the end of the event What’s Not Included: • Setup or strike of décor, rentals, or personal items • Vendor sourcing or negotiations • Budget planning • Design and décor selection • Guest list or RSVP management Ideal For: Couples who have already planned their wedding but want a professional to manage the wedding day logistics, oversee vendors, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
